Deadlines for abstracts and papers.
For the Delft Venue the deadline for abstracts and papers has expired.
For Cape Town the deadline for abstracts is 1 July 2010. For full papers 15 August 2010, or 1 August if an abstract is not submitted.
About 4 weeks after submission you will be notified of acceptance. For details on submission, please refer to http://active.cput.ac.za/emsu
Poster guidelines
The only guidelines are that the maximum size is A1 and that it should be portrait. Posters can be put on the poster boards during the conference. There might be more than 1 poster session. Poster presenters are also invited to submit a paper.
Paper guidelines & Submission

The template and the copyright form can be downloaded from the Conference website at http://www.erscp-emsu2010.org/file_download.
Papers should be submitted in pdf format. The maximum size of the paper is 10 MB, while the maximum number of words including references and figure texts is 10,000 words. Full papers that follow the guidelines and are of sufficient quality will be included in the digital Conference Proceedings.

to give permission to the ERSCP-EMSU conference organizers, or any third party working with them, to publish the work electronically as part of the ERSCP-EMSU conference proceedings to be distributed to participants of the conference (and others). Authors will keep all other copyrights, but their permission for publishing it in the proceedings is needed. In addition, authors can grand permission to publish their paper at the conference website and/or a repository that is freely accessible worldwide. More details are given on the copy right form.
Best paper award for Master & Bachelor students
There will be a best paper award for papers based on the work of one or more students (bachelor and master’s level only). The first author should be one of these students. The presenting author needs to be one of these students. More details are given on the copyright form. Students meeting the requirements and interest to join the contest can indicate this on the copyright form.
